About Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation

PCHF is a registered not-for-profit charity in Pakistan dedicated to helping children born with Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) commonly known as Hole in the heart. After losing a child to CHD, the organization’s founder was inspired to help others and since 2011, we have successfully supported 900+ surgeries and interventions through local and international donations for a total cost of approximately 3.1 Million USD. 100% of all donations to PCHF are directly spent on medical expenses while administrative expenses are fully borne by PCHF directors.

“To establish a state of the art medical facility that provides the highest quality of care for children with heart disease, irrespective of their financial means. To act as a model institute, for the training of healthcare professionals, education of the public at large and promote research into the causes and management of congenital heart disease.”

PCHF aims to:

1. Establish specialized pediatrics cardiac units in existing hospital facilities to provide the highest quality of care for children with heart diseases

2. Develop supporting groups for Advocacy & awareness to influence Health policy makers.

3. Raise CHD awareness in Pakistan and around the globe.

4. Collaborate with International organizations to conduct medical missions in Pakistan and send complicated surgical cases abroad.

5. Financially support children heart surgeries from deserving families.
