  • Once received money in Easypaisa Account - Withdraw funds as and when needed from Telenor SSCs, Telenor Franchises, Telenor Bank branches, any of 75000+ Easypaisa Retailers OR by using Easypaisa ATM Card at any ATM machines in Pakistan.

An Easy and Simple Process
  • Customer must have biometric verified SIM & and active Easypaisa Mobile Account.

    Funds received from our Remittance Partner: Xpress Money, Placid, Al-Fardan Exchange UAE and VALYOU (previously known as PRABHU Malaysia); please follow following steps:

  • Sender sends money to customer (receiver in Pakistan) on his/her Valid Identity Number e.g. CNIC, Driving License number etc.

  • Sender will communicate Transaction PIN to customer (receiver in Pakistan).

  • Receiver to call our Easypaisa Helpline 3737 (for Telenor SIM card holders) OR call at 042-111003737 (for Non-Telenor SIM card holders) and request to receive funds into his/her Easypaisa Account

  • Receiver will receive a call back from our team within 10-15 minutes for verification – customer to confirm transaction PIN and Partner name along with other personal details at this stage.

  • Upon successful verification of his/her basic details along with Transaction PIN, Customer will receive funds in his/her Easypaisa mobile account within 30 minutes

  • SMS message will be received to customer from 3737 informing funds have been transferred

  • Customer can withdraw remittance funds from any of 75000+ Easypaisa Retailers, nearest Telenor SSC, Telenor Franchise, Telenor Bank branches or by using Easypaisa ATM Card at any ATM machines in Pakistan

    Direct Transferred funds from Sender into Receiver’s Mobile Account from Remittance Partners: Al-Fardan Exchange UAE and VALYOU (previously known as PRABHU Malaysia); please follow following steps:

  • Through our International Remittance partners ‘Al-Fardan Exchange UAE and VALYOU’, funds sent from your loved ones living abroad, can now be received directly to customer’s Easypaisa Account in Pakistan.

  • In this case customers (receivers in Pakistan) DO NOT have to call at our Easypaisa Helpline 3737.

  • Sender just needs to know receiver’s active Easypaisa Account number and Easypaisa Account name.

  • Sender will visit branch and request the agent at the counter to send money to receiver’s Easypaisa Account.

  • Once funds are received in customer’s Easypaisa Account, SMS message from 3737 will be received to customer informing that he has received funds in his Easypaisa mobile account.

  • Customer can withdraw remittance funds from any of 75000+ Easypaisa Retailers, nearest Telenor SSC, Telenor Franchise, Telenor Bank branches or by using Easypaisa ATM Card at any ATM machines in Pakistan
